1. How to order from Purple Romance?
- Contact us via email, mailto:purple.romance.enquiries@gmail.com for quotation or call +65-9730-3110. We will reply within 3 working days, we hereby apologise to you if our reply is late.
- You may wish to state your wedding date, your budget, your contact no. on your enquiry to us so that we can work on it more efficiently.
- We will meet you at your convenience to view the wedding favours or our portolio for wedding venue decorations and discuss your requirements. Alternative, You may wish to take a look at the products and ring pillows at our showroom.
2. Do i need to pay for a sample wedding favours, ring pillows etc?
- Yes, if you need to buy a sample wedding favors from us OR you may wish to take a look at the samples and ring pillows at our showroom.
3. How long is the leadtime for ordering wedding favors, ring pillows etc?
- We would require a lead time of 2 - 3 months for production leadtime upon confirmation of quotation for wedding favours and wedding venue decorations. Ring pillows and wrist corsages 1 month leadtime upon confirmation.
- Upon confirmation, production will commence, unless otherwise stated.
- Attractive discounts will be given for bulk and corporate orders (500pcs & above).
4. How much is the delivery charges for ordering wedding favors, ring pillows etc?
- Collection of ring pillows, wrist corsages can be done at our showroom.
- Delivery charges will be S$15 if needed, this is a one-time location charge for delivery done within Singapore.
- Delivery charges will be waived for orders more than S$600, orders can be combined.
Otherwise, wedding favours can be collected at our showroom.
5. How to make payment to Purple Romance?
- Upon confirmation, a deposit of 50% will be imposed for production to commence. For any wedding venue decorations, there will be a security deposit of $200, it will be refunded after the ceremony.
- The balance will be paid upon delivery/ collection OR on the day of setup for any wedding venue decorations.
- We accept Cash, Cash Cheque and Inter-Bank Transfer (POSB).
